Recently, we had a few orders that payments got through but the eCommerce system could not confirm the orders to buyers. This bothers buyers as well as seller, but I really have no idea where went wrong. It happened on Nov. 4th for 2 orders. Then, things got back to normal after those 2 orders. Now, it is happening again on Nov. 7th. We received the payment but the eCommerce system does not record the order's details. Yes, we have your payment but we can not notify you from the eCommerce system after we shipped your order out later today.
Please accept our apology. But we are quite vulnerable when speaking of the eCommerce provider Weebly. There are already few bugs reported few years ago and they are still there.

Registered air package fee to USA is reduced by local post office since October 2023.
Therefore, we revise the fee from $24 to $22 (USA) and $14 to $12 (Hawaii).

Sometimes a few items (colors) inventory may be running low. If you wish us to notify you when we re-stock, please kindly mail us with specific mail title of items, colors and quantities if possible. Or your mail will be kept at "to notify" folder which we need to read the mail again to know what item to notify you.

T2a (2x6mm)
T2510 (2.5x10mm)
T311 (3x11mm)
T3 (3x22.5mm)

How I work:
1. For example, you need 3pcs green T3 (3x22.5mm) vials. You can mail us with a title of "Notify me when you get more T3's, need T3G3". I will put you to T3 folder. When we get T3G re-stocked, we will notify you. If you need 3 green, 3 ice blue, 3 yellow, you can mail us with a title like "I need T3G3I3Y3 (stands for T3 3x22.5mm vials green 3, ice blue 3, yellow 3).
2. You need both 1.5x6mm and 3x22.5mm vials
You could mail us with title "Notify me when you get T1 and T3"
Please be aware of the fact that we will NOT notify you unless we have both items for you.
3. Any mail or using contact form to ask for notification, we need to read your mail again to know what items you are asking for. The mail will be categorized in "to notify". These will not be handled at higher priority unless we notified all those on specific folder (T1, T2a, T3....etc.)
